The shamanic services I offer are grounded in core shamanism which is founded on universal and near universal principles practiced in shamanic traditions across the world.
In our session together, I will begin with breathing, clearing and a guided meditation to ground us and create our circle to work within. We will talk about your needs and questions, then I will consult my helping spirits on the best type of healing for you. This may include one or several of the following types of healing techniques.
