Our sessions will be very interactive and will include drum journeys for exploring the intention you have set and using your intuition as your guide. Week 1: Intention and Earth. Learn to identify and heal energy leaks through body scans and cultivating energy practices. Week 2: Intuition and Air. Learn and practice techniques to feel and know your intuition. Week 3: Building Power and Fire. Creativity exercises to connect with energy in ourselves and others. Week 4: Flow and Water. Open our listening and voice to strengthen our authentic presence in the world and with ourselves.
